The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

 Key Responsibilities :

• As a Field Diesel Service Technician, your main focus is to carry out maintenance and repairs on heavy construction equipment with minimal supervision. You'll build expertise in the dealer’s supported product lines, service standards, and procedures, while continually improving your diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.


• You'll handle repairs and reconditioning of various equipment components and systems, performing basic testing on all machine systems. Safety is a priority—you'll operate heavy equipment responsibly and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.


• You'll also help collect data to support inventory control, care for company tools, equipment, and service vehicles, and ensure all job-related paperwork is accurately completed.


• Regular training through local, regional, and national service programs will help you stay updated on industry standards. Collaborating with service, parts, and admin teams will be key to maintaining strong internal communication and ensuring excellent service delivery.


• Other duties may be assigned by the Service Manager as needed to support team goals and customer satisfaction.
